Crafted by the renowned MVMK Architecture, a Hoboken-based firm, the facade of this awe-inspiring 362-foot-tall/ 35 story development exudes elegance with its eased edges, taking inspiration from the graceful lotus flower. Envisioned as a magnificent bloom, the building boasts captivating “petals” that gracefully drape over the main facade, creating delightful outdoor spaces scattered throughout the tower.
Embracing sustainability and innovation, the exterior design incorporates an extensive window wall and a cutting-edge spectra alucobond system.
